Executive Chef Etienne Devlin, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, is committed to partnering with local farmers and fishermen to ensure that only the freshest produce, seafood, meats and poultry are used to create a menu that guests and locals enjoy. As a Crescent City native, Chef Etienne understands that in New Orleans, people don't just eat to live, we live to eat.
